 Certification typically takes approximately 6 weeks, depending on the service provider and program requirements. Certification is required before you can begin servicing a provider.

 IC agents must have a reliable computer that passes our system check, a USB headset, and high-speed internet. Some service providers may also require dual monitors and specific system specifications.

 Some service providers offer opportunities to service 24/7, giving you the flexibility to choose hours that fit your schedule. Availability depends on the provider you select.
